Ambassador Vladisavlјević met with Minister Madat Guliyev

On June 18, 2021, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Baku, Dragan Vladisavljević, met with the Minister of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Madat Guliyev.

In a very cordial and constructive atmosphere, the interlocutors discussed the previous cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense industry and the possibilities for its improvement.

In that regard, the ambassador informed the minister about the elements of the upcoming visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Nikola Selaković to Baku, during which a Business Forum will be held, which will gather the most successful representatives of the Serbian and Azerbaijani business communities. In that context, the ambassador asked the minister to ensure the presence of relevant representatives of the institution he is in charge of in the upcoming forum, which the minister readily confirmed.

The interlocutors also referred to similar challenges and problems that our two countries faced in preserving their sovereignty and territorial integrity, and confirmed their mutual support in resolving these issues.
