Ambassador Rodich signed the Book of Condolence at the Embassy of Columbia to the Republic of Azerbaijan, in tribute to the tragedy in the city Mocoa in the province of Putumayo near Colombia, which is claimed in a day more than 250lives, 40 from which are children.
