Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Neboysha Stefanovich, visited the Republic of Azerbaijan from Decemer 4 to 6, 2016, during which he met with the highest state officials, President Ilham Aliyev, Parliament Speaker Ogtay Asadov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of the Interior Ramil Usubov and Minister for Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia Neboysha Stefanovich visited the monument to national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev where  he laid a wreath and visited the monument to the Eternal Flame and Martyrs' Lane, as well as monument to Nikola Tesla where he also laid flowers.
