The Honorary Consulate of Montenegro in Baku was opened by the Ambassador of Montenegro to the Republic of Turkey and Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ramo Bralic, the Honorary Consul of Montenegro Mr. Vugar Aliyev and the Foreign Minister envoy on special affairs Ambassador Mr. Mammad Aliyev.

The members of Milli Mejlis, the Ambassador of Serbia Mr. Zoran Vajovic and the Serbian Embassy staff, other diplomatic represetnatives and public representatives were attended the official ceremony of the opening ceremony and the reception.
